i'm not a breeder and i could be totally off here but i think i've heard stories where breeding females who are not pregnant and do not have a litter at the moment can start to produce milk when other females in the house have litters. Its like they are jealous and want to help or something. so you never know. i guess if there maternal instinct is high enough anything is possible.
