How do you guys feed and thaw your NV medallions? I have been taking out what I need for the next day at night before bed and its usually thawed by the AM....but its still really cold and I hate giving it to them cold! So how do you guys do it?

Also I am a total germaphobe! How do you guys handle the raw meat without worring about spreading all that bacteria?!?!? I have a baby as well and I am SO worried about making him sick! And handling the raw dog food in the same area I make his baby food! I use lots and lots of Lysol, but I still worry!
