Those are "all" beef marrow bones. I just had the butcher at Albertsons cut me 14 of these just this afternoon. I left three out for tomorrow and the rest went in the freezer. These bones can be given after boiling or can be given raw. I've never had a cooked one to splinter, and like Cindy said, they last a very long time.
