that's PhotoImpression - I loved that program - I jump from that to Frame Show - & Monley Photo .....you can make AWESOME frames by combining different programs - It's a cool little program and very easy to use
You can add Text too with this one - I also think it resizes the pics as you frame them - that's why you were able to upload.
