When you're a dog lover and you are faced with situations like these, it is so hard to comprehend how anyone would abuse these babies that way... Because to me it is abuse... No other way to put it... But the fact that he had a collar with address and phone, made it so much more difficult for me... I could've taken it off, but how do I live with myself by doing such thing... The pups that were wondering with no identification were blessed to have had run in to such caring people... You changed their lives... I wish I could've changed CHIKI's life... |
