Winston's been on Merrick for a couple of months now. He was a very picky eater before then. Since he is only 8 months, I got the Puppy Plate Dry but I mix it with the Puppy Plate can ones.
What I do is put a tablespoon of the canned food with a little water and add frozen green beans or peas then microwave it for about 15-20 seconds. Then I chop up a little carrot put the dry food in stir it up. I just started to branch out in getting the other Merrick can variety... like Grandma's Pot Pie, Napa Valley Picnic, etc. Winston loves it.
I believe me... I am so happy.
If you want to just use the Puppy Plate Dry, all you have to do is put a little bit with water and microwave it them mix in the dry. I swear it smells almost like my homemade stew.
