I am so sorry that little Sadie is sick again. The only time Toto has had those symptoms, the vet found that she had a gastrointestinal inflammation. She almost dehydrated in a matter of hours which was more dangereous than the gastro inflammation! He gave her a drug called Flagyl and after a couple of days was as good as new. I believe if it were me, I would seek another opinion if you don't get satisfactory results this time. Most importantly, she needs liquids. If she isn't drinking plenty of fluids, try pedialite, gatorade, fresh chicken broth, etc. Toto will drink fresh chicken broth if she won't drink anything else! Good luck and please keep us updated.
