Years ago I found a yorkie wandering around my neighborhood. Her hair was all matted and she had burs stuck under the mats, and she smelled. I cut off the matted hair and gave her a bath. We posted a sign in our sub-division saying we had found her. I went to the store and when I got back my daughter said the people on the next block came and got her. The condition she was in I thought she must have been lost for months, but come to find out she had gotten out that morning. They commented how nice she looked and they had been meaning to take her to the groomers. If I had known she had just gotten lose and thats how they took care of her I don't know if I would have posted the sign. |
