we were in a similiar situation before.
but there were two shelties wandering around in the rain.
Seeing as we already had one, and my mom loves the breed,
we had to pick them up.
we brought them home and bathed them, fed them, and played with them.
neither dog had a collar or tags.
We called every vet in the area, and put ads in the paper.
no one claimed these two gorgeous, friendly dogs.
So we took them on as our own,
little did we know the female of the pair was pregnant.
so then we ended up with even more shelties!
we had 5 dogs, until my grace passed yesterday, 4 shelties and my little yorkie baby Sophie. |
