I can totally relate to your feelings. Today I have to go out of town for 3-4 days and leave my baby at home. I stressed over who I would have dog sit since my husband is going with me. I chose the sweetest most responsible person I could think of. I know she will take care of my MacKenzie. This will be my first time away from her for more than a few hours ... I am freaking out! My mom is also going to come check on her for me. As nervous as I am, I know this will be a good thing. When I get home and see that she is just fine, I will be less nervous the next time I have to leave. Thank goodness for cell phones ... I just wish dogs knew how to use them!
