I agree. Anyone with that much money has no connection with the average American. I have watched Oprah a few times, but she comes across as pretty phony to me. It's a shame that the program about puppy mills didn't come across like it could have. Telling people to ask a pet shop where they get their puppies is pretty absurd. Oprah knows better than that. She's just pandering to the masses. She's a lot more concerned about her ratings than she is about the dogs in puppy mills. If she really cared, she could donate a few million for the construction and maintenance of a no-kill shelter. Then I would believe she cared.
