I do that alllll the time, but mainly because I'm a very optimistic person & I find things go my way more often when I think positively. However, it is hard when I get my hopes up and then I'm let down. A few months ago I interviewed at this really great magazine that I really wanted to work at and they kept me waiting TWO months for a reply and the finally told me they didn't want me So I know how you feel...sometimes things don't work out because something else is in the works though
