If I lived closer, I could help you with medical equipment, grocery runs, clean sheets, food. Do you have Netflix? |
I have both an ambulator and a rolling walker, a comode, a raised potty seat, lots of reachers, two shower chairs and everything I need is no higher than eye level.
You are so sweet to offer the help. I know that you understand the situation. I've hear of Netfix but I don't remember - what is it?
Right now I'm in a wheelchair but I hope to graduate from a walker to my cane by the end of summer. I just bought another really pretty one.
I use this equipment all the time because of the RA and my fused spine. I can't bend well so I really rely on the reachers - they are wonderful. I love the sock hand too. Without it I wouldn't be able to get my socks or pantyhose on in the morning!

I know - TMI!
I have friends at word and at church who will help me with whatever I need. I just have to swallow my pride and ask. That is soooo hard for me. I'd rather do it myself no matter the pain. But I really can't keep doing that anymore. It really is not the right thing. I rob myself of the help and my friends of the blessing of helping. So, this surgery, I'm swallowing my pride - ooooo bitter!!!
