Yes she does. Everyone that has seen her describes her as having the "baby doll face" - her features are very tiny and petite and the same goes for her nose/snout. It is just so so short, it's barely there
Your little Pixie actually reminds me a whole lot of Tatum...I have always thought that
She doesn't seem to make any noise when she sleeps (she has before, but not too often) - it's mainly just when she gets really excited or when she tilts her head back to look up at something.
God I really do hope that her having a super short nose/snout is all it is
