Yes, and it will probably get worse. Now all the corn is being bought up in order to hopefully make a cheaper fuel than gasoline. Too bad it costs more to make the "cheaper" alternative than it does to buy gas. I think it would be cheaper to just drill for oil here in the US and build more refineries. Tell the middle east to go you know where. So now the price of corn has sky rocketed and guess what chickens, cows and sheep eat?? All of the great farm land has been turned into housing projects. Guess what the farmland grew?? Alfalfa, corn, crops, fruit, vegies, etc. The price of gas has gone way up and guess how they deliver all the groceries to the stores? Compile all of that with the amount of theft that goes on and Im surprised that we are not paying ten dollars for a gallon of milk.
