Welcome and congratulations. Sounds like you are on the right track. The crate should work, he is just so young and want's his Mommy. He probably is waking up because he either has to go potty or is hungry. Are you feeding him every 4 hours at least? He is so young and to avoid him getting low blood sugar feeding him often will help prevent also the nutrical. He will settle in as he gets use to his new home and gets older. If at all possible I would try and keep him at one house until he is older. Keep reading here and posting any questions we are all here to help.
