V you know what's funny...last year we got a hike from con ed and the dept of water...they were significant. Now I just read in our papers that we will be seeing another hike. Funny but you have these big shots that make big money and have huge real estate holdings and they dont' pay their taxes or water bills and it gets passed on to us. Someone has to give us a break.
This is so damn frustrating and it's magnified now that hubby is laid off. Ugg....it feels like we can't have anything anymore.
