I'm so sorry you are being put under so much stress, Vicki. I would have pulled out all my hair and the hair of everyone at the vet's if it were me. They must know how much you both are suffering. Bleu need to be home with his mommy and his mommy needs Bleu to be home with her. I pray they get their butts in gear and do something to make this happen - and do it SOON!!
