Depending on the drug that the vet prescribed for your little one, the antibiotic could be causing loss of appetite. It happens in humans, it happens in chinchillas, I don't know why it wouldn't happen in dogs too. I'd at least check with the vet about that and ask him/her how you should proceed. Good luck!
