We have had Darby for two weeks now. Sawyer is almost two, and weighs 5.5, Darby is 13 weeks, and weighs 2.7. Sawyer is crazy about him; but sometimes darby gets too sure of himself, and sawyer will grab him and darby will roll over to show he knows who is top dog. They worked this out themselves. They lay in the same bed to sleep and play during the day, and cry if they are seperated. I really think time will help you, and they will set thier own pecking order in time. Putting the puppy in the same room; but in a pen is a great idea til they get to know eachother better.
