I haven't helped yorkies have babies yet, but we did have a great dane that had puppies when I was younger and she started out having greenish and brownish and the vet told us to try and wait a little longer...well we ended up taking her in later and she had 1 pup survive out of 4 and she had an infection that was causing that.
