Hi there!
A hospital sock is just a sock with some thingies on the sole for traction. I've seen them in the store too, usually around Christmas or the start of cold weather.
I'm sure a regular sock would work as well.
A video would be fun, but I'm so busy these days, I haven't even had time to take regular photos of him.
