Patti - thanks for stopping by. Therapy for herniated disks in the neck can be very painful and sometimes will only make the pain worse. That was the case for me. The only relief I find is through my chiropractor - but that is very controversial also. Most orthopaeds will tell you to stay away from chiropractic, but I completely trust mine (he is a dear friend) and he adjusts me different because of the herniation. I hope you find relief soon.
