nutristat or nutrical is a high caloie food supplement. It comes in a tube you can buy at a pet food store or I have even seen it in walmart in the pet aisle. You put about an inch on your finger and give it to your pup.
I think we are all in agreement your dog NEEDS to go to a vet. Many things could be going on with her and you dont want to risk losing her.
Yorkies can also be very picky about food, however, I dont think that is what is going on here and yes, you can change your dog back to regular food once she is well.
I love the suggestion about the akc. Check it out. I just recently got a puppy, registered her w/ the akc and you do get a free vet check if you take the free trial insurance.
