 Overwhelmed and humbled
I am overwhelmed and humbled by your outpouring of kind words. I believe in treating my customer's right. Since my accident all of you have been so very kind and understanding. With me working a bit slower and a large volume of orders, my turnaround time isn't what I would like for it to be - I add little extras so to ease my guilty conscious about the turn-around time.
And for Snowboy - well anyone who opens their heart and home to rescue one of our precious little babies, deserves an extra bit something in their package. |
