Yes, if she is eating the chicken and keeping it down, you can feed her more. You can also give her a little plain white rice. You definately need to make sure she is eating to keep her blood sugar up.
I would also make sure to have some nutrastat on hand for her. Make sure she isn't lethargic, that is a definate sign to take her to the vet.
