Does anyone have their yorkie on medication for seperation anxiety. For the past year I have been trying to get sebastian's anxiety under control. I took him to the vet yesterday for his wellness visit and after a long conversation and observation of seb's actions, the vet gave me a medication to try for a week. It is called Amitriptyline. I plan to do my own research on the medication but I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this medicine or does anyone have any suggestions as to what worked for their yorkie's anxiety? I would greatly appreciate the input. Thanks.
