well, i dont think its always 100% that meds get rid of the worms the first time.
I have heard of many cases where it takes a few treatments to get rid of them all. Not saying your baby has worms again at all....its just not uncommon for this to happen. I know coccidia almost always takes a few treatments it also hids in cultures giving a false negative. Id do the stool sample when you can just to be sure! Good luck!
