Try Whateverlife.com. Once you pick a layout you usually have to copy and paste the code into the "about me" section. Save your changes and it should all work out. I use a website called Lovemyflash.com which is a bit more complicated because you have to paste to code into two different sections, but the layouts are animated and totally cool. On either site ( and pretty much anyone that has myspace stuff) they'll explain how their code works.
