It sounds like you are doing a lot of great things. She is still young. Perhaps incorporating the bells would help her tell you. I have one who tells me & one who doesn't - but she'll go to the pad if I don't notice she's wanting to go out - but mine were 2 when I adopted them, so I didn't have that early time with them that you have
