I just wanted to send out a reminder and caution.

I have seen many people buying pups lately and not getting good contracts.

When buying on line or out of state you have to be careful. Your contract is your only way to get help if your pup is ill. Not that everyone honors their contracts but its a start.

Most states have limited or no puppy lemon laws, so small claims court in their state is where you would end up if you have a problem so if it isn't in writing it its no good.

Check out the contract carefully before buying and be sure you are covered. It really is buyer beware.
