Wow! 16 Happy Birthday, old man
. 16 is great! So he can't see and can't hear-as long as he is happy and healthy that's all that matters. My Bichon was 17 1/2, blind, deaf and incontinent of urine but alert and happy. Knew everyone's touch and smell and wagged his tail when we were near him.
