The innocence of a child is a priceless thing. For your God-daughter to have her's taken away so violently is unspeakable. I'm so sorry and am sending hugs and prayers for her. My personal feeling is that every child molester should be punished by putting him/her in a locked room alone, naked and with the parents of the child. Let them carry out the punishment.
