The dog was soooo cute! I do feel kinda bad about giving her back to the owner but the dog got soo excited when she saw her owner. The owner said that she just got loose yesterday. We have a horrible loose dog situation here...people are known to just let their dogs go...when I was out on the walk I saw 6 loose dogs
