Oh, yes, the difference in surgeries can be BIG. You're talking a teensy, quick incision vs. potentially abdominally invasive surgery if they never drop (and have to go *look* for them). Did your breeder sell you this baby without informing you that the testicles had not yet descended? That would be kinda...questionable...
