The best thing to do is have them pull out if they don't come out on their own, as it can cause them alot of problems in the future. Most vets will do this when the dog is neutured or having the teeth cleaned. I would talk to your vet about the best options for Jake. Yorkies are known to have bad teeth but if you keep them clean and in good health they can go a long time without any problems!! Good luck!!
