Thank-you all for your response & concern. She's doing fine, just a really bad bruise but she isn't bothered by it. I guess some blood tests can be worse than others - I still can't get over how much blood came out after the test - all over the technician's hands - Lulu's white collar is now stained red but once they applied pressure it stopped.

My husband mentioned that he did see her wiggle a little as the vet was removing the needle - maybe that had something to do with it.

Guess I'm just looking for a really good vet to do the spay & I was thinking if he couldn't do a blood test right then I wouldn't want him to do the spay - oh I just worry so much these little ones & am dreading spay day : )
