We felt it here in Central Illinois too at about 4:30 our time. It shook the whole house pretty hard, shook the bed, rocked the Grandfather clock and moved a few things around in the house. Once I realized what it was it was pretty scary! We've seen pretty good sized waves coming from the center of the lake since we moved here but no one knows why it happens...now I wonder if it isn't little tremors. Gee...maybe it's time to move! Anybody want to buy a log cabin on a lake?
