I used my fingers, LOL!
I would like to pick up a Hemostat in the future, just for those "hard to get areas" - but really...I got 98% of all hairs that I could see that needed to be plucked. Still, it wouldn't hurt to have a Hemostat on hand just in case you ever needed one....but for someone just starting out, your fingers will do the job wonderfully
