Hey everyone. I posted a lovely long post before I went off to run recording sound for a video session. When I submitted it, YT went into oblivion!
I hoped it had made it to the thread, but it's not here. So I'll try to retell today.
There was a tiny little improvement in Tink today. The vet tech called me aout 2:30 and said that Tink was trying to suck on her frog! so they took out the GI tube and will feed her by syringe. It is more effort, but she said, "If Tink wants that frog, then that frog she shall have." She said they didn't mind syringe feeding her. They wanted her to be as comfortable as possible. They are so kind to me. They've put her in the bottom issolette with the holes so I can put my hands through to pet her and sit in a chair instead of having to stand which I can't do.
They all have wonderful dispositions and are sooo patient. There was a man last night who got quite nasty and the girls calmed him down until he was a blubbering mess. Poor man!
They were so good with him - his GS was hit by a truck. But she's gonna be OK.
Tonight I couldn't go visit until after the video but one of the techs told me if I could get there by 8:30 she would let me in the back door if I called and said I was there. Isn't that sweet!? I did get there by 8:00 and only stayed for 1/2 hr. Tink was sleeping most of the time and sucking on her frog. That made me feel more comfortable.
