I'm glad this is a hoax - this time.
Not to start a spin off here, and this is a huge leap, but let me throw this out there. I do believe in the freedom of speech or expression. But along with that freedom comes responsibility to exercise it. When we lower the bar on our "speech or expression" in the name of freedom of speech or our rights (even "I can say whatever I want, it's not my fault you misinterpret my intentions"), it might just create an ever-growing place for this sort of thing.
She is young and I think she will find that her "experiment" did not win her much respect except from those that also like to toy with people's emotions and fuel debates and then move back and watch the carnage. But since this has been done, what will the next person do? |
