You can have her palpated or an ultrasound done at 28-30 days along.
X-rays should not be done before 50 days but preferably closer to their due date. The signs of early pregnancy can mimick a false pregnancy so that is hard to determine.
If you do not have them already buy Myra Savants 2 books...one on whelping and pregnancy and the other is on puppy intensive care.
