Try mixing in some chicken breast (boneless and skinless) with the hard dog food along with some white rice. You can also add in some cottage cheese or yogurt as they often enjoy and it helps with their calcium.

You really don't want her eating a burger as it isn't healthy for them so try this first.
There is also a whelping pudding on here somewhere to give to moms after a birth to keep their appetite up while providing nutrition for them as well.
