Tede has got ,I call them skin tags. Kind of like people get. Has any one got them? could it be from the rubbing the harness> Hes been on a few new poppiys(spelling?) but i am wondering if i have them tight enough. I leave 2fingers when I close it. but that seems to move a little on him when he pulls.(you know tries to walk himself or sees any thing to bark at) I saw them yesterday. under his arm and around the back of the neck. hes also scabby on those spots.and on medacam ready for l.p. surgery. could meds do this?vet says no but you guys some timesno more...... also his allergys are in full swing.any info....

AND he now is fliped when the nurse mom wants to look. Hes WHERE.... under the bed
