I won't purchase any foods or treats for my pets that are products of china...just not taking that chance as China has been behind all the recent recalls. I found some great dehydrated treats in Petsmart..duck, chicken, fish, etc. and then saw that they said "Product of China". Just not worth the risk to me

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
