I think that I've decided to go with the USPS. Yeah, the hours can be long at times but RCA's don't get the micromanaging as the city carriers do.
Besides, my boss at the school more or less encouraged me to go with the USPS in our meeting yesterday. That leads me to believe that she wants me to go.
I spoke to my super at the post office and she told me that she's planning on training me on other routes next month.
It's going to be tough without insurance but I can't remember the last time I went to the doctor and my kids really only go during the winter months when they get sick.
It's a BIG risk to take and really, that's the only reason why I've stayed with the school for so long.
My husband has insurance through the county (which totally sucks) and he's had staph 3 times last year. It seems as though he's really the only one that needs it...I hope that I'm right. |
