Make sure you save them as a GIF FILE - if you need help - you can email them to me and I can make sure they get saved that way ....I had to downsize my animated picture to 200 pixels so both my girls showed - but I had to do it in photoshop and save it from there - I couldn't get animation when I saved it from my messages -
