If this girl is your friend then just tell her. It isn't fair for her to be so thoughtless, even if they weren't hurting your pup they were scaring her and that isn't good either. Just ask her if she will make sure her dogs are on a leash when she brings them out so that they aren't scaring her. On the same note, you can't expect her to keep her dogs on a lead if yours isn't so you would have to make sure to follow the same rule. IMO |
