Ok so I need help. I'm about to throw an expensive piece of equipment out the window. I can not figure out how to load my new sewing machine. Hubby got it for me for christmas and I cant figure out how to work the dang thing. I followed the directions to the best of my blonde ability but the dang thing obviously isnt being loaded right cause it gets all jammed up and the thread gets all tangled up in the under part thing. UGH I need halp
