I am against pets riding in the front seat!! I am now more than ever convinced of the danger after seeing my husbands hand being forced against the driver's side window from the air bag! It looked like he had had a fight with his knuckles bleeding and swollen, black and blue for several days. The impact was so hard that it knocked his watch off his wrist when it hit the window. All from the airbag deploying on impact. (He wasn't at fault!)
But it happened so quick and the airbag has such power that I am sure it "could" kill a small yorkie that was riding on the driver's lap.
So I think it is a great idea!!!
